Day 13: An Album A Day - Alabama Shakes Sound And Color

Day 13 of an album a day. This one was quite a departure from everything else we’ve listened to so far, or what's in my collection. I can’t recall why I bought this album as I’m not typically a R&B guy, although this is more like India Rock and Soul.

Honestly, it was a welcome break from the rock because I have a splitting headache tonight (must be something going around the house). Anyway, Alabama Shakes released “Sound and Colour” in 2015 and won 3 Grammy’s for their work. I doubt any of them were for the album art. Again, not my typical groove so I can’t say much about it other than she’s got a beautiful voice.
