Day 23: An Album A Day - April Wine Debut Album

Day 23 of an album a day. This band needs no introduction. Legendary and proudly Canadian. This was April Wine’s debut album released in September of 1971. Anyone that owns this album knows it sounds nothing like their later albums. It stands uniquely alone, sounding more like an album written the previous decade. It is what it is. About the only recognizable April Wine song is Fast Train. Enjoy it or not, it was the start of one of the greatest bands in rock and roll history.
